Went to the Bellevue location for bumper paint job. Jose, Amy and Rick were very helpful right from estimate to scheduling dropoff, rental car coordination and pickup after repair. Very professional people and excellent paint job. I hope, I don't I have to go there again....but if something ever happens and my car needs collision repair...I won't go anywhere else.

Honest my the best outcome for a bad situation. (Hit and run) The folks at Marysville Gerber Collision and Glass were responsive and professional. They ordered the parts and called me to do the repairs when they came in, and the had my car back to me in tip top shape that same day.

After scraping the corner of the front bumper on our garage door frame, I took the car in for what I assumed would be a significant cost to paint the bumper. We were well treated in the office and turned over to Sean G. He looked at the damage and asked us to wait in the office. When called back out to the car, we found all the apparent damage gone with only a minor (unnoticeable) abrasion left. We happily left your shop with a clean bumper and a smile. We hope to never need your services again, but if we unfortunately do, you can bet we will get right there. Thanks for treating your customers well.
