Jose A was my estimator, and my every interaction with him was very pleasant. When I picked up the finished car, I met Rick F, the General Manager, and he too was very pleasant. Everyone was eager that I was pleased with the work performed on my Cadillac. I most definitely was pleased and impressed with the whole experience. I will easily recommend Gerber to any of my friends that regretfully need their professional and expert services.

I was recommended to Gerber Collision by my insurance. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Everyone at Gerber Collision was friendly and professional. Sean G did an amazing job on keeping me updated on the process of my car being repaired. And he sent me 20 plus photos of all of the damage my car had. My car looks great. Unfortunately the day I picked my car up something broke (not Gerber's fault, maybe a result from my accident) and I had to return it to Gerber however they were able to fix it and return it to me in just a few hours. Best part the rental company can pick you up there if needed. I would recommend them to my family and friends. I will use them again. Thank you to the whole staff at Gerber Collision.

We've had some bad luck so far this year, two cars with body damage! But the guys at the Burlington location made the process for both repairs easy on us. Andrew is great at explaining the process, keeping us updated and he didn't even get frustrated with my rambunctious 3 year old! Hopefully we won't be needing any more repairs for a loooonnng time, but if we do, we know who to call.
