I had a great experience with Gerber! I took my car in on a Wednesday to have some auto body work done to it, they had to fix 3 different parts of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They said my car would take 3 to 4 days. I picked it up that Friday. They did a great job on my car, it was back to normal! Gerber also rented a car for me so I wasn't out a car when mine was getting fixed. Having a car hit your new car is not a pleasant experience, but Gerber made my experience stress free. Thank you Gerber!

My experience was awesome. The folks at Gerber helped me fit the repair into a vacation time for me. They even kept the car for an extra day! When i picked it up they rushed to help me, my car was cleaned inside and out, running ready to go. I would recomend Gerber in Woodinville , Washington to everyone!

Everyone who I worked with was great, from my own insurance agent, to the adjuster and Gerber-- I was contacted promptly, paperwork was minimized for me and the claim was processed quickly. The work done was excellent, fast, and Gerber folks kept me informed about the progress. I have a nice new car again!
