I spoke to a supervisor under the name of Chris regarding my issue with my auto glass installation I encountered. He turned my experience from a rough beginning to a very pleasant experience. From the beginning Chris was very pleasant to speak with and was very apologetic on the issue. He did his part and managed to get my issue solve in a matter of hours! I will certainly be recommending Gerber to my family and friends Thank You!

Awesome experience! Dropped my car off on Tuesday and was told the work would be finished by Friday. I received a call on Wednesday saying that it was finished early! They did a fantastic job! Car was detailed to my surprise and looks better than new! Great service and great staff! I'm thankful to have had them referred to me!

Our Jeep looked great when we picked up from Gerber! The body work was excellent and the car was clean and vacuumed. It looked like a new car! It was easy to make an appointment and the car was done when promised. The coordination between our insurance company and Gerber was seamless. We would highly recommend Gerber for any car repair! We have worked with Gerber in the past and have always been pleased with their service. This was our first time at the Redmond location and things went extremely smoothly, just as we have experienced at other locations in the past..

I am giving feedback on two car repairs. The first was my sports car which was hit at the left front wheel. The completed job was excellent...the paint work is flawless, the clear bra replacement on the front and hood was also excellent. The mechanical replacements were all OEM as well. And the folks were very easy to work with...couldn't have been better. The second was my Volvo wagon which was hit while parked. Although it was mostly paintwork, when it was done a Volvo Super Tech friend of mine could not tell where the damage had been. Again flawless paint matching on an special factory color. Again, very happy with the work and their follow-up along the way.
