All around great experience. It started with Leah and Samantha who even helped take out my car seat. The manager even took the time to show me some of the bad parts that were extremely rusted. The quality of work was great as well as the cleaning of the inside of the car which was unexpected!

I've taught Marketing at various Universities in Florida. I know when a company understands the principles of marketing. The people at Gerber in West Melbourne are truly customer oriented from your estimator, Leah, to the office staff who were so kind. While I waited for the repair, I was given coffee and even assistance on connecting my IPAD to their wifi. This may sound unbelievable but they also were able to repair my car at almost 1/3 the cost compared to the dealer quote. Thank you, Gerber. I would highly recommend anyone to this facility.

Superb customer service. Staff is very pleasant and made me feel welcome. Clean and comfortable waiting room. Service was performed in less than one hour and it included a car wash and vacuuming and cleaning the interior which surprised and pleased me. I highly recommend this facility if you want great customer service combined with good quality work.

My car was damaged by a hit and run. Gerber called me to set up the appointment . On the same day, my husband was preparing for surgery.. so when I walked in and met Leah... I was just so pleased.
