The whole team was great! Not only was the repair done well it was quicker than expected. Also, they fit me in when they were already full. MOST importantly, this is the first time I had to deal with repairs from a collision. The team at Gerber answered my questions in a patient way that NEVER made me feel dumb or that I was annoying them. They held my hand through this process and I'm THRILLED to have my car back to where it was! THANK YOU!!!

The manager was so kind and helpful throughout this process. He welcomes everyone and you can just see how his employees treat him with such respect. It was my first accident and the process was entirely new to me! Everyone at this location treated me with such kindness and hospitality. It was such a great experience, although I hope to never have to visit them again! Ha!

Very happy with the customer service I received with Gerber. Someone had rear ended me at a time in my life where things were very hectic. They gave me peace of mind, knowing that my car was going to be taken care of. They communicated frequently about the status of my car and explained the damage in terms I understood. I never felt like just another customer and I really appreciate all they did. Highly "Wreck-ommended"!

A while back, I damaged my passenger side mirror and had it taped in place so it would not fall out. Of course, it was no longer operating properly and I finally decided to have it replaced. I called Gerber Collision and spoke with manager John who told me he would order a new mirror for me. I went to the shop today, 4/18/2017 and John looked at my existing mirror. He said he may be able to fix it. And he did. No replacement, no charge! John and the staff members are friendly and respectful, which I appreciate. You will too.

the estimate given on my vehicle was not in my price range,however i got the estimate (via peter B.) very quickly and with any questions i had fully answered. will be a repeated customer if ever needed in the future thanks gerber!! :)

I was very impressed with the professionalism by Alex and John. This being the first collision I have had to deal with I made a lot of mistakes due to my own shortfall of just not being informed on what I should do when a collision occurs. Alex gave me a lot of great advice, and she was very helpful through the process. Although the other driver never called back his insurance to make a statement, I would have never known to call their insurance to make a claim since they were the ones who hit me. I was ignorant to this and I thought everything had to go through my insurance. I am very happy with the services they have provided from this location.

In May of 2016 Gerber Collision Glass made repairs to my 1996 Dodge Ram pickup . I would like to say that they did a awesome and speedy repair job on my truck. they were very pleasant and easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone,also I would like to thank all of the staff for their great customer service skills.

After my rear passenger door glass was shattered & thieves stole things, Gerber vacuumed, cleaned up my car & weather-proofed the open window with plastic for my 3 hour drive home. All within 35 minutes! Thank you Gerber for great service :-)

My car had gotten broken into. Busted window. Dropped my car off. The staff was amazing. Very nice. Told me the process of vacuuming the glass, ordering it, replacing the window. Said if I had any problems just give them a call. Very informative. Would definitely recommend them.
