I was totally satisfied with the work that they done. Had minor parking lot damage to my Chevy Silverado, but the staff was very fast and efficient getting me up and running again in 2 days. Katie was such a welcoming first impression when you walked through the door. Mason communicated with me through out the process every step of the way. I wish my insurance company worked as hard to take care of us as Mason did. Finally Caleb the GM did a walk through with us upon handing us the car keys. Everyone at this location was very helpful, accommodating and courteous. Several people told updated us while we were waiting for the vehicle to be finished and the front desk person was able to help us immediately when we realize we forgot something in the rental car. Rick was very helpful and talked to us for a few minutes. We will use Gerber Collision again if needed!
