James called personally to let me know that the expected time of completion on my car would be earlier then I was told at first and again when it was ready. I was originally told it could take up to 5 days. The day I dropped it off got a text saying it would only take 3 days. Got a text the next day saying i could pick it up. Very happy cause I love my car and hated this rental but one day.....I was very impressed when I picked up my car. It looked as good if not even better than the day I drove it off the lot. Super clean, the work was immaculate. I hope I never have to do business with Gerber again but if I do it will be with the utmost confidence the job will be done RIGHT!!!!
