I took my truck to Gerber for repairs from a wreck. They did an outstanding job on the work. Customer service from Shawn was excellent. He stands by his word and does everything possible to make his customers happy. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else after taking it to Gerber Collision in Wichita!

My son recently bent the frame of his car in an accident. We took the 2000 Chevy Lumina to one of your stores to be repaired. Right from the start I was pleased with the service and helpfulness of Sean Warren. He answered my questions and offered to arrange for a tow. I was able to sign and email the estimate back to him which is a great use of technology that I am impressed with in your company. After we got home we realized there was still something wrong. When I called which was late afternoon on a Friday they got us right back in and had the car ready before they closed. The issued ended up being an additional part that needed to be replaced that they missed initially and was not on the estimate but rather than make us pay for the addition they still replaced it and didn't charge us since it was initially missed. I am very impressed ... with the customer focus and all around great job. I will definitely recommend Gerber Collision to my friend when they have the need of a repair shop. read more

After a major hail storm we needed repair on both cars. The staff was friendly and professional. The repair work is great, can't tell there was ever any damage! After my wife's accident, her car was towed to Gerber Collision in Wichita, KS. We live in Texas and were not able to visit or witness any of the repair. The car was actually picked by a relative after completion of the repairs. When my wife did get her car back, we were very pleased with the quality of the work.
