If I could give Matthew P. 15 stars I would, as well as the team that fixed my vehicle. I am leasing a 2025 vehicle that has only been off the lot one month before the accident so I was pretty concerned about it getting put back together perfectly. Your team made that happen. They did an excellent job. Matthew did an outstanding job of keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He was able to answer any questions I had and stood out in the rain with me the day I picked it up to explain everything that had been fixed. One could not have received any better customer service any place else. I am so happy with the results and very glad I took my car to Gerber Collision. Shelley was extremely helpful in helping me know everything about my car repair. I really appreciated the texts letting me know how things were moving along. The repair was completed more quickly than quoted also. Everything overall was a good experience with the office.

This was a fantastic experience after a having an accident. From the day of the accident everyone kept me informed. Communication is so important to a business. Gerber ranks Excellent. I was updated 2 to 3 times weekly. Never having to call for updates. The workmanship is beautiful. My vehicle looks amazing. All the staff I spoke with were very professional. Thanks for making a bad experience GREAT.
