Everything was excellent from the estimate, explanation of repairs, and keeping me informed of timeline of repairs. Mark was through and informative. They even returned my car vacuumed!!! I would highly recommend Gerber!

My accident was caused by another who's insurance was USAA. Upon arriving I was greeted by Estimator Mike P. who could not have made my experience any easier! Mike was quick, thorough, and very friendly. Mike contacted the rental car company and in minutes I was on my way. I received updates on the progress of my repair and any cost change. When my vehicle repair was complete I received another text informing me of the time it would be available and the hours of operation. Mike again reviewed the repair sheet and visibly showed me the vehicle with a smile (and it was only 7:30 am)! The workmanship looks to be superior. The vehicle looks like new! The facility was clean and orderly. Coffee and water available to the guests. I would highly recommend this facility.

Woohoo, as good as it gets does say it all about this place. From all of my interactions with Paula on the front desk to Mike who took care of the coordination of repairs I have NEVER experienced such a wonderful repair experience from ANY body shop, EVER! Mike chased down the proper parts to ensure a stellar Lexus fit of replacement parts and I also need to give KUDOS to all those behind the scenes who actually repaired my car. They washed it before I arrived to pick it up and always kept me appraised of the status of repairs. I could not have asked for any better treatment. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any collision repairs. And it's where Lexus of Orlando takes all their work!

My vehicle was damaged in accident on Sat November 15th, Allstate adjuster looked at vehicle Nov 18th and it was accepted at Gerber on Nov 24th for repair. Though repairs seemed to take longer than planned the Gerber family kept me advised of the situation and repairs were completed and vehicle delivered back to me on Dec 4th looking as good as new.

The office staff was always pleasant and helpful whenever I telephoned or visited. I just got my car back today but I have every confidence that if I have any issues they will be addressed. Gerber Collision was one of the selections from my State Farm policy but I would use them in the future for repairs personally after my recent experience. Thanks!

Absolutely great service from start to finish! I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my car as Chris and his associates worked professionally to get my car back on the road. They replaced my rear bumper and crash beam as quoted by my insurance company and worked everything in the background to get the job done right. I appreciate their attention to detail and will surely be coming back for any future repairs or modifications. I had my car back within the same week which is an even greater plus!
