Bianca, the Estimator, kept me well informed about the status of my repairs and ensured completion was done promptly and earlier than expected. Mike, the GM, was very personable and he explained what had been done to repair our vehicle. He and his team did a great job. I would recommend Gerber Waukesha to others. A+ service.
