WI - 5419 Washington Rd, Kenosha - 6/29/22

My car was damaged on April 19, 2022. It was taken to Gerber for repairs. They kept me updated every few days on the progress and were very friendly and apologetic when it was hard to find the parts they needed. I picked my car up today and it looks Great!! I would go to them again (although I won't need to) but would also recommend them to my friends.

Did a good job fixing up my car. Took longer then I initially had been quoted by Geico, but reception staff was very helpful when I called for updates. I wouldn't choose text updates because it wasn't very detailed and they weren't very reliable responsive. They also helped me get a discount on a rental car from Enterprise next door which was very helpful.

Everyone I delt with at the Madison Commercial Dr. location were helpful and professional. Any and all of my questions or concerns were handled with straight forward and honest answers. Repairs to my 2017 minivan were completed on time with no surprises. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely return with any future needs.

Service was excellent. Parts took 60 days to obtain but John and Laura at your Minocqua location kept me up to date weekly and were extremely helpful. Additionally, they offered me a Ford SUV to use after my initial 30 day insurance rental expired. I was extremely pleased with Gerber.

Took my car to Gerber after my mini van was side swiped and had door, fender, and suspension damage on the driver side. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated how long everything was going to take through phone calls and carwise. The work itself was amazing, paint is perfect (no orange peel look). They even went out of their way to order my KYB strut that I had just installed months before so it would match the rest of the suspension! Great service and perfect work and very professional!

Bubba took such good care of us. He kept us up to date with the difficulty he was have finding part but went above and beyond to find them. He was able to fix the car much sooner than he anticipatied because he looked so hard for the parts. The car runs and looks great!. The front desk people were also very kind, helpful, and understanding
