I went in for an estimate very friendly customer service. They inspected the vechicle and asked questions about marks on the van close to the damage. I told them they were there before the hit n run. Then they said they would need my vechicle for 3 to 4 days to do repair. They got me in less than 2 weeks. Super fast I thought. Then I dropped off the van March 7th at 11 am and already had an update by 1 pm. The update said they would need the vechicle until Friday the 11th. On Tuesday March 8th I get another update stating my van is ready for pick up. I could not believe that. I picked up on Wednesday and all looked great. So happy with the fast turn around.

I "unfortunately" needed to have some body work repairs done on my car due to a minor accident. My insurance company sent me to Gerber in Kenosha, WI. I was extremely satisfied with the results. Even with the current health issues facing us all, I got my car back in a reasonable time. I received it when promised. And when I got in, the whole car was detailed and cleaned! It looked like it had just come off the lot. Very pleased !!! Will recommend this place strongly!!!

When I was working, I had a service transportation company all my life. Through those years I have experienced the ups and downs of dealing with a body shop. It was not uncommon to have to deal with delays, lack of communication, poor body replacement part fit and paint overspray. Gerber surpassed my expectation with no delay, communication during repair, and a vehicle cleaner than when purchased from the dealer. Great job.
