Was unfortunate enough to have a buck jump on the hood of my Nissian Rouge. Fortunately heard Gerber collision does great work. I have to say you guys did not disappoint! I got constant updates on what was going on. Couldn't be happier with the gentleman that works up front. (Jerry?) Who helped get things figured out asap when there was a hiccup. And Abigail was helpful as well. All in all took less than 2 weeks and that was only because of the 4th of July. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had a complex repair after a crash with a deer. AmFam totaled my car and I ended up taking the settlement and paying Gerber extra to get my Malibu repaired. They were excellent about explaining everything carefully and in detail all the way through. They underpromised and overdelivered, if you will. I was totally satisfied with the process and the result.
