In a throwaway society, that totals out vehicles very easily these days, Gerber was willing to go out of their way to help me bring my car back from its pre-damaged and state of disrepair that ity had been. What I liked most of all at this particular shop, is that when I noticed a divot in my vehicle's hood, after I had picked up my vehicle at the end of the day and the shop had already closed for the weekend, I simply made a phone call the following Monday morning. Gerber took me right in and fixed this divot with other smaller divots that were discovered.Gerber waas fast and efficient in doing this all during my vacation time. I went back to work a week later feeling very good about a work car that will be trustworthy again!!! I would recommend the River Falls Gerber Collision Center to absolutely anyone because the people here are ... knowledgable and most of all dependable. I am very impressed with the customer service and repair that Phil G. completed on our Hyundai. The work was a warranty job that was needed due to a previous repair at another location several years ago. The communication was great and the work was outstanding. I appreciated them going the extra mile when the wheel well and door guard moldings were no longer available. They took the extra time to prep the old parts to be reattached to the car. This is a job well done and I highly recommend Phil and his staff.

I am very happy with the repair of my vehicle. The General Manager Lori was very professional and so great to talk to and work with. She was knowledgable and very thorough with explaining everything. The work was competed on time and my car looks like new again. I also appreciate how clean my car was when I got it back thanks to the detail. I am very happy with my experience with Gerber Collision and would definately use again and refer to friends and family to take their vehicles to Gerber.

Estimator went above and beyond examining damage and explanation of the repair process. Parts arrived quickly and repair completed exactly as stated. Update calls were appreciated. I have had my vehicle back 3 days and I can't find a thing that's disappointing me. And I tend to be fussy about my vehicles.
