I found them Very professional! Hit a deer back on 11/4/23 with my Rav4. Did what progressive told me to do with video and pictures, that's not RIGHT! SShould come out and expect any auto. I was getting impatient with how long it took. My first accident and all. Yet they stayed professional knowing that they were doing the best they could. Just REALLY HAPPY I have my car back! Just picked it up today 1/17/24. Thank You Gerber

The office personnel were very friendly and helpful. The work was done on time. I would highly recommend them! I was surprised when I got my car back and it had been cleaned inside and outside! Nice work!

I took my car (a Ford Mustang) to Gerber Collision because, by my own fault, I pulled into a parking space and pulled up too close and ran front end over the curb. After backing up, I noticed (and heard) that I had scraped the bottom of my front end hard enough so that the plastic protector was hanging down on the passenger's side and there was a small crack in the protector. I took it over to Gerber at the advice of CarX and they were able to look at it immediately. They quoted me a price of the 2 pieces involved, both of the brand and after-market, since this would be going underneath the car and no one would see it anyway. They also told me that they would see if they could fix the existing piece first to save me money. After almost an 1-1/2 later, they repair specialist came and told me that they were able to re-shape the piece that ... was there and fix it completely and put it back on and refasten it. I did not have to buy any new pieces. They saved me a ton of money and literally did everything they could to not have to replace the piece. They never tried to sell me the new parts just to me money. The people there were super-friendly and always kept me informed step-by-step as to what was going on and about how long it was going to take. Excellent service, seamless process. Beautiful result! Best part was that Gerber worked with the insurance and car rental company for me. I was even able to pick up and return the rental car at the Gerber Collision location. which is above and beyond good service. It was exceptional. Thank you!

I am happy with Gerber Collision & Glass. Under the most extenuating circumstances they provided an awesome repair of my vehicle. The painter was out with surgery and recovery for 3 weeks so it took a long time to get my car back. However I was happy with the resolution given by Justin to pay for my charges not covered by insurance. That really helped because as a retired person $280 for 30 days of rental would have been a huge dent in my budget for December. I will definitely refer Gerber Collision to my friends and family.
