Excellent customer service. The manager Kerry has established a customer first culture that i saw with every one i met. On my initial visit Josh went out of his was to explain all the options i had. The Safeco liaison gentleman was also helpful - said just leave it to me and i will deal with Safeco. Front desk receptionist was also very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Car was ready the next day - new rear bumper, freshly painted. I would highly recommend this team.

Well just the best, John D was the best contact from day one and throughout the repairs. Was kept posted/informed and updated weekly by John who provided excellent customer service throughout my repairs.
