Chicago, Illinois – May 16, 2019 – The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group”) announced today the acquisition of four collision repair centers located in Nevada (3 locations) and Arizona (1). The shops are located in the Las Vegas area and Scottsdale.

These locations were previously branded New Look Collision Center, which originated in 2004 with a single shop. Additional locations opened in 2011, 2017 and 2018.

The locations previously operated as Carubba Collision, under the ownership of Sam Carubba for over 40 years. Gerber Collision & Glass previously acquired 18 other repair centers that were branded Carubba Collision and operated by Joe Carubba. Those acquisitions took place in early March 2019.

The shops are located in Beaverton and Portland, Oregon, and five in Washington ? two in Seattle, and one each in Burien, Kent and Olympia. This location previously operated as Gordy’s Auto Body, serving this community for 30 years from the same location. This location previously operated as Atomic Auto Body and Detail and has served the community for 53 years from the same location. Richland is located at the junction of the Yakima and Columbia rivers and is part of the Tri-Cities market, which also includes Pasco and Kennewick.
