(the “Boyd Group” or “Boyd”) today announced the acquisition on September 8, 2017 of a collision repair center in Lafayette, Louisiana, previously operated as Prestige Auto Body & Customs of Lafayette. Lafayette is located in southwestern Louisiana, and the location is close to the high traffic intersection of interstate highways 90 and 10.

(the “Boyd Group” or “Boyd”) today announced the acquisition on September 1, 2017 of a collision repair center in Westerville, Ohio, previously operated as Glassburn Body Shop, Inc. Westerville is located 10 miles north of Ohio’s capital city of Columbus and six miles southeast of John Glenn Columbus International Airport.

Chicago, Illinois – July 6, 2017 – The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group” or “Boyd”) today announced the June 27, 2017 opening of a collision repair center in Spokane, Washington, the center previously operated as City South Auto Body of Spokane.
