Mike W, Estimator and his team were awesome! I am impressed with the integrity and honesty of Gerber Collision & Glass when they said the damage to my car was so minor as to not need repairs, not even to the paint! A few minutes buff job and I was back out the door without needing to pay my deductible. It was the least painful accident I ever had, with the at fault other party likely to be relieved as well. Safeco recommended Gerber, and now I see why! My wife and I will definitely come back if we have any other future unexpected mishaps. Thanks for everything!

I had to take my vehicle to a USAA certified center, so I took my Traverse here. The staff at Gerber were upfront and honest with me from the very beginning. They explained the whole process in detail to me in a way I could understand. They were also pleasant and friendly. It was nice getting updates on the work being performed on my vehicle. They also completed the job on time as promised. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience here. It has a nice family feel, and they make you feel at ease like a friend would. I also love the lifetime warranty on the paint job!
