I damaged the bumper of my parent's Cadillac while they were on vacation. I was referred to Gerber by a friend of my husband's. I was impressed by the friendly and personable staff at the front desk and with the way Michelle described what you were going to do to the car and why. I loved the diagrams ! When I picked up the car I was amazed that it looked so good and the inside was detailed much better than I could ever have done. My parents will not be able to tell that I damaged their vehicle by looking at it. I did tell them,,,, Great Job Guys !! Thank you !

The service at Gerber was outstanding. Michele quickly followed up with FleetResponse and emailed me a time to drop off my vehicle. Michele said it would take 3 to 4 days and the vehicle was ready in 3 days! The follow up was outstanding both over the phone and through email. The vehicle looked great when the team was done with the repairs. I could not even tell where the work was done because it flowed so nicely with the rest of the vehicle. The staff even offered to help place items back into my car. I would highly recommend Gerber of Akron.
