I am in love with the customer service and care that I received at the location in Pelham. They took my truck right on in and had it done before the date they told me it would be done. They called me everyday with updates on the progress of my repairs. They even cleaned out the inside of my truck and I know it was messy, being a mom of 3 with every activity in the world to do!! I truly appreciate the quickness of my repairs and the great customer service I received at Gerber Collision in Pelham. Y'all are awesome and I will definitely be referring your company to everyone I know!!!

We had pretty extensive damage due to hitting a deer. My insurance company suggested Gerber and I am so glad they did. Gerber handled the claim and did an excellent and timely repair. When I picked the car up, Coryghan explained everything they had done. He also said that when they ran the codes on my engine that my transmission code was alerted. This had nothing to do with the collision, but an internal Nissan problem. He suggested I take the car to the dealer and get them to run the code again. I did that very thing and low and behold, Nissan owned up to their problem and rebuilt my transmission at no cost to myself. I'm extremely grateful to Coryghan and the team at Gerber who thoroughly checked their work and brought issues to my attention. I would never have known about the transmission problem until I was on the side of the ... interstate one day! Thanks to the whole team! read more
