The customer service was outstanding beginning with Kerry - who I made the initial appointment through to the first appraisal and weekly updates with Justin. Excellent to deal with! Unfortunately, I was about 85 miles from home when I got into my accident. My insurance, Allstate, gave me a list of body shops. I picked Gerber, and they were great to deal with. 2 text messages a week and phone calls when needed kept my informed of the progress on the repairs to my car.
