This is my 5th or 6th time at Gerber, I have never had any problems. As a matter a fact, I picked up my vehicle on 7/31 and Bruce asked me If I had looked at the repair they did. " I said, There is no need to, I know the quality of work here. Thank you Gerber Collision and staff.!!!!

Everybody who I spoke to greeted me with their name and what they were doing for me. Everyone was very friendly... Complimentary coffee and water was great. So was seating area.rental car was waiting for me once I was done turning in my car. The outcome is perfect. I'd choose this place again!

I had my SUV, Ford Explorer, hit from behind in January 2015. I took it to my friends over Gerber in Altamonte Springs,FL,they took care of everything for me,paperwork,rental car,you name it. They did call me when my car was ready and all clean to be picked up. Great service. Thanks friends from Gerber

This had to be the best experience I have ever had. I brought in my car they met me at the door filled all the paper work out for me and had a rental carbready for me to drive home all within 30 minutes. It took 5 days to fix my car because of all tgecdamage. When I return to pick up my vechile again the met me in the lobby filled the papers out I payed my deductible and was on myvway home before the evening traffic. I would have no problem recommending my friends and family to Gerber again my hat is off to you Gerber Family and thankscagain

This location was absolutely wonderful and had excellent customer service. Mike was great at keeping me informed of my car's progress every step of the way. Trudy at the front desk was very pleasant whenever I called or was in to get my rental. The Manager (name unknown) was apologetic when Enterprise was taking a long time to pick me up (not his or Gerber's fault). He kept checking on me and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. This location is top notch and I would 100% recommend them again!

Your employees were terrific. Receptionist cheerful and helpful from first phone call to time of pick up. Mike was my service guy. He was very polite, very professional and went the extra mile to return my van as soon as possible. Great teamwork. I would recommend Gerber to others needing repairs. I would use Gerber again. HIghly recommend!
