The tech did an excellent job repairing the bumper, and did a great job detailing my car, also he buffed all the haze off the head lights. The insurance company was Windhaven.

Someone read-ended me a few months back- and I needed to get some work done. Having GEICO insurance, they recommended I take advantage of their Auto Repair Express service- where they could handle everything necessary to get my car repaired, facilitate my use of an Enterprise rental car and back on the road quickly in one place. I arrived at the Gerber location and was met by their damage assessor, the GEICO adjuster and the Enterprise agent who had a desk inside the Gerber collision center. The inspector and adjuster walked through everything with me and gave me a folder with cards for all 3 of the guys- in case I needed to contact them for any reason. The Enterprise guy had a rental there and ready to go as well- a new one with only 36 miles on it! Gerber called me a few days later to let me know my van was ready. I was amazed at the ... quality of work the Gerber folks had done- and continued to be impressed by their professionalism and personal touches. The receptionist called me by name when I entered the place- a bit surprising since it was nearly a day after they left a message my van was ready and I hadn't scheduled a time to come in. Simply put, I can't imagine the repair process going any smoother than it did with the folks at Gerber. I've remarked to a number of folks that they seemed to treat every customer as if they were their ONLY customer- and provided what I call great "Mom and Pop" customer service. Perhaps the best compliment of all might be that I had no idea they WEREN'T a "Mom and Pop"- and didn't know they were a franchise and part of a big company until a few weeks later. Excellent experience. My husband was recently involved in an accident (rear-ended). We made an appointment with Gerber Collision's Altamonte Springs, Florida location for the estimate/repairs. Everyone we encountered could not have been more professional and helpful. We were updated regularly and the whole process was hassle free. Brad and his crew at the Altamonte Springs, FL location went above and beyond with their customer service. I was cleaning my SUV with what I thought was a nonabrasive wipe, but it turned out I was wrong. My dealership referred me to Gerber because they did not do any body work. I called them up after leaving the dealership early on a Saturday morning with no appointment. Brad told me to come by and they would take a look. They went right to work and had my SUV looking brand new with 45 minutes. My wife was so happy, as was I. I'll definitely recommend these guys to my friends and clients. So glad to have found these guys. 5+ Star treatment. Thanks for everything!!!
