Great service and communication. My truck was towed there after an accident, I got it back around a week later better than before the accident. They even cleaned the truck! They made the whole difficult situation much easier.

Sky was amazing to work with as she was very friendly, professional and communicative. If I ever need vehicle repairs again I will definitely come to this location specifically. Wow, what a great experience at this location. Annette, front desk person was always very friendly and helpful even after having to answer the same question multiple times for people on the phone. Then you have Kayla. She is the Estimator that gave me the estimate and then kept me up to date on what was happening. Both of these people are true professionals and makes the process very easy and stress free. Finally, the people in the back that that you do not see. They did an excellent job on my car. This location obviously has a great manager and team of professionals working here. I highly recommend this Gerber Collision & Glass location!

Nato explained everything very well and gave me an estimated completion date. They completed the work within one day of estimate. That day was caused by parts delivery. The result turned out great. My vehicle looks new.
