Fantastic service!!!! Truck was ready a week early!!! Frequent text updates!!! Jennifer was AWESOME!!!! She was SO nice!!!! SO helpful!!!! Personally called us with personal updates!!!! Arranged a ride for us to get our rental car & returned it for us!!! Truck was washed and cleaned inside & out, it sparkled!!!! I had to push to get my repair done at Gerber because it is not an Allstate proferred facility. Once again I am glad I did, as Angel and the rest of the team at Gerber have always treated me well. My car looks great and I am once again happy having had an accident where someone side-swiped me on the freeway.
