I was very happy with the service done at Gerber on Omaha in Mesa. The looks brand new. I cant' tell at all that it was hit on the freeway by a blown out tire. The new painted bumper matches perfectly. It was very easy to drop off my car and get picked up to get a rental car for the duration of the repair. It was also very convienent to just leave the rental car at Gerber and drive off in my repaired car.I would definatelt use Gerber again if needed. I walso would like to say how friendly everyone was there too. I was kept informed of the service and called back when asked in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with my experience at Gerber Collision and Glass. Having to deal with damages on you vehicle is never fun. However, it is always refreshing when staff demonstrate themselves to be honest, trustworthy and competent. My service professionals name is Daniel. From the beginning he was transparent enough to share that my repair would be more cost effective if I were to purchase part and allow them to fix it rather than pay my costly deductible. He was kind enough to locate the passenger mirror and arrange for me to have it picked up. He then made the repair in 15 minutes. It would have been easy and more profitable for them to collect the the deductible . He chose to earn customers trust by going the extras mile and make the minor repair after I purchased the part. He did this at no cost. This is the type on honesty that ... goes along way in earning long term customers. I will refer and bring my business back from here on out. Absolutely great team working here, I appreciate their help so so much and the kindness i received from this location. I never got the front desk woman's name but she was very kind and talkative. The estimator and main guy I talked to my entire visit was Steven L. , he is absolutely amazing and super nice great customer service. Had my car done quickly due to my work schedule and was very kind. I definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone.
