I wanted to Drop an Excellent customer service review for the best service I received in not only in customer service but with the manager Mallory took the time personally to talk with me and ask me my needs and how she could help me. I'm disabled and she made me feel so comfortable. made sure i had a ride home while waiting for my car to be repaired and turn around to be picked up. she took the time for my needs. so, if you have questions or concerns, please ask for Mallory. she's a godsend. First off, Alex is a rockstar at customer service. It's so rare these days, so I had to specifically mention her. She's warm And welcoming from the moment you walk in, is knowledgeable and informative, etc. Kayle was also good at keeping me informed every step of the way via email, txt, or phone. They made my rental car transaction super easy and convenient. All in all, this place has a great system, is organized, and has a really good staff.

This upsetting situation was made so easy dealing with Gerber Collision and Glass. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and kept in touch with us on a daily basis. Our truck was returned to us looking brand new! We will not hesitate to use Gerber again should we need them - and you should, too!!

Eric E. is a GREAT example of customer service. I went in to see if they would put in a new mirror on the passager side of my truck. Not only was Eric more than helpful, he was a pleasure to work with. The only payment he wanted was if I need work done on my vehicle to remember them. I would recommend them to anyone.
