After having extensive repairs on my bumper 2 months ago, I must say that Gerber did an amazing job restoring it to a like new condition. Today, someone hit my car and bumper in a parking lot and left no note. I brought it back to Gerber expecting a repair that was going to cost me a few thousand dollars. Jeffery K. took a look at it and said he might be able to clean up the scapes and scratches. He went and grabbed his cleaning supplies and buffed out ALL the scrapes on my bumper. Jeffrey was so kind to do this as he saw how upset I was. I can't tell you enough what a wonderful shop this is. Hopefully there will be no more accidents, but if so I will use Gerber again. Such a great experience, their work is incredible.

I am so impressed with this company this location. The people at the front are absolutely professional, the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. ( And I am in customer service) From the first day until the last they were so nice and professional, from the gentleman that drove me to the rental car place, to the gentleman who took the pictures, to the young lady at the front desk. Absolutely so happy with the service, work and customer service. I would absolutely recommend this location and business. 10's all across the board. Word's can't express the happiness. A++++ customer service. I've had two cars fixed and got them back earlier that expected. Body worked looked perfect and you couldn't tell the difference in the paint in the repaired areas. Ernesto M. was not only professional but always very kind and compassionate.

Jeff K. was a gentleman and a professional; he treated my wife with respect, listened to her concerns and explained what he planned to do to repair our Van; He treated me in the same manner when I picked up the vehicle; He explained what was done and showed me pictures to ensure that I understood the effort of the repair; The van looks good and we are very happy with the quality of the work and the service we received; Additionally, Leah was very nice, responsive and friendly with all our administrative transactions needs.

Gerber was a serendipitous discovery for my car's rear bumper repair, and what a great discovery it turned out to be. From the front desk check in with the administrative assistant in Anthem, Arizona to the review and visual explanation of my car's repair from Jeff K. upon checking out was an extremely positive experience. Due to the Holiday Season, I realistically did not plan on getting my car back in less than a week. I left my car at Gerber at 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday and received a phone call the next day at 3:00 p.m. that my car was ready to pick up. The text, email and phone communication of Gerber with customers is exemplary. Having access to Enterprise Rental located inside the Gerber Repair Shop was an added plus. The Enterprise staff is very accommodating as well.

Jeffrey K. did an amazing job with everything! I never do reviews but Jeff really impressed me with how he kept on top of the communication. I never had to call Gerber once because he would call with updates or I would get an email update. The drop off/pick up process was easy. The entire staff at Gerber was just as great too! Thank you all for taking care of my car and me! Merry Christmas!
