I brought my Honda in to be repainted under the warranty and Marcel was a great help on getting all of the work done in a timely and professional manner. The Honda looks brand new and I've never been happier. The warranty is definitely hassle free and well worth it.

I was impressed by every aspect of how my collision damage was handled from the time Walked through the door by Sarah the receptionist, and especially Jeffrey the estimator, who was very thorough and easy to understand the process! The body shop did a outstanding job on the repairs and paint, etc. in the shop, even the car interior was cleaned prior to a eary completion! Thanks to everyone! My GLK Mercedes looks great!

My son had a learning experience while backing out of the garage with the car door open. The door bent enough to cause a loud whistle while driving. I brought the car to Jeff at the Anthem Gerber Collision and Glass to get an estimate. Jeff told me that if the bent parts needed to be replaced, it would be $400. He asked if I could let one of his people take it apart to get a better look. Shortly after that, he came back saying they were already able to fix the door. He had me take the car for a drive to make sure there was no more noise, and told me if it was good that there would be absolutely no charge. The car looks great. No more whistling noise while driving. No charge. We have three boys driving, and one more about to get his license. I'm sure I will need a body shop again, and when I do, I'm going back to Jeff in Anthem.

After having extensive repairs on my bumper 2 months ago, I must say that Gerber did an amazing job restoring it to a like new condition. Today, someone hit my car and bumper in a parking lot and left no note. I brought it back to Gerber expecting a repair that was going to cost me a few thousand dollars. Jeffery K. took a look at it and said he might be able to clean up the scapes and scratches. He went and grabbed his cleaning supplies and buffed out ALL the scrapes on my bumper. Jeffrey was so kind to do this as he saw how upset I was. I can't tell you enough what a wonderful shop this is. Hopefully there will be no more accidents, but if so I will use Gerber again. Such a great experience, their work is incredible.

I am so impressed with this company this location. The people at the front are absolutely professional, the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. ( And I am in customer service) From the first day until the last they were so nice and professional, from the gentleman that drove me to the rental car place, to the gentleman who took the pictures, to the young lady at the front desk. Absolutely so happy with the service, work and customer service. I would absolutely recommend this location and business. 10's all across the board. Word's can't express the happiness.
