The customer service and repair work was excellent. I had to return when my bumper wanted to "pop out" on the corner, but Bill H., the general manager made sure it was corrected. Thank you. I will always recommend Gerber at this location.

1. Jasmine is the 'face' for Gerber at this location. Polite, keeps eye contact, answers questions, sensitive to customer stress. 2. Alex did the estimate, quiet calm, answered questions. overall good customer information over the phone, polite and not rushed dispite the lateness of the hour on a Friday. 3. responses re:rental, time of pick up, etc. quick and efficient and polite please do not ask for eval on cell phone, the phone is very old and gets blown away. regards

Jordan C. was awesome! They had my truck scheduled for two days of repairs, but he got me in and out in 1 hour! I really appreciate him working with me to get me back on the road in my work truck. From the minute I walked into the door till the time I got my car back 2 days later, I felt like I was Gerber's most important customer. My car was ready when promised and it looks GREAT!!! I couldn't be happier! They even buffed out my ugly looking headlights even though I just went in for a bumper replacement! I'm so impressed with Gerber's customer service, that I will definitely use them again!!!

His communication regarding the process, what to expect etc., was excellent. The work was done ahead of schedule and the area repaired looked brand new.
