Jeffrey K. was great to deal with. Got right down to business and was very professional in all aspects of the repair process. His communication regarding the process, what to expect etc., was excellent. The work was done ahead of schedule and the area repaired looked brand new. My car was delivered to me in spotless condition. I will definitely use Gerber again if the need arises and would refer others to Jeffery. Thank you for a job well done.

This was my first collision repair event. The intake portion was fast and painless with virtually transparent handling to the rental car location. The estimated time to repair was four (4) days. In fact, the vehicle was ready to pick up the very next afternoon. The process out (walk-around and explanations) was comprehensive. All in all, an excellent experience

Just brought my car in on Wednesday to have it repaired after I was rear ended. The staff took incredible care of me and kept in constant contact letting me know how things were going. Not only did they fix it, but they finished it a day early and you would never know that it was ever in an accident! Thank you, it looks amazing!!

From the moment I walked in and the young ladies at the front desk greeted me with smiles to the very end when I picked up my car, I was treated well and taken care of. Nicole and Kat at the front desk went above and beyond assisting me with the rental car company, and the check in and pick up of my car was smooth and efficient. Tim M. was my estimator and he too was amazing. He kept me well informed on the progress of the repairs, and provided impeccable customer service throughout the entire process - and the car looked terrific after it was done!
