Jeff K. did a terrific job - perfect repair competed faster than expected. This was the second time I have used Gerber (Anthem) for body work repairs; the service and quality of workmanship have always been excellent.

Section of my front end came loose after catching some rebar on a cement parking block. Went in to have it looked at. Jeff had me in and out of there within 10 minutes. Wonderful service! That's why I always recommend you.

I will never go to any other body shop after going to Gerber. I was sent to another body shop by my insurance company and was horrified at treatment I received. I was then sent to Gerber collision after that, and what a difference. They gave me personalized service with a smile. They are professional, courteous, and do impeccable work. Your car is returned to you promptly when scheduled, freshly washed and detailed, looking fantastic. There work comes with a lifetime guarantee, which shows their integrity. Knowing that the work has been done correctly, also gives me piece of mind...one less thing for me to worry about in the future. This location is top notch. From the initial appraisal to the finish was very professional. During the restoration process I was informed as to the progress and about a delay due to having to order parts not covered in the first appraisal. Gerber dealt directly with the insurance co about the additional parts. After the completion I had to return for a minor adjustment to the hood which was done well and took 15 minutes. The staff and management were very friendly and professional. Would I use this shop again if necessary? Without a doubt.

The Gerber group here treated me like an "important" customer. Their friendliness made the entire event go smoothly from start to finish. (I can't say this for my insurance company! I am an 83 year old woman (with all the said peculiarities) and the staff guided me gently thru an experience which was new to me. You're the BEST!! THANK YOU!!!

Jeff K. was wonderful. He was very professional, kept us informed through the entire process. Definitely was customer oriented. We were apprehensive when USAA called with a place to go to have car appraised and repaired when their insurer hit me. I felt comfortable leaving my car there to be repaired because of Jeff. I had no doubts that he would do a great job. Jeff was first class in talking with us, really looked carefully at car. Took tons of pictures, explained process throughout. He is a credit to your organization.

Had some minor damage on my right fender & I stopped in to have an estimate taken. I was asked if I made an appointment. I didn't. I could have been given an appointment date & told to return at that time. That didn't happen here. Instead the lady who warmly greeted me (don't recall her name) went to the GM Jon F. office to see if f he could assist. He was more than willing to take the time from what he was doing to take a look at the damage, provide me an estimate. The price fit my budget and he ordered the part. The part arrived on Wednesday 10/4/17 & I dropped off my car the same day. Dave (didn't catch his last name) greeted me & processed the car in.
