My name is Nyi N., I went there to get repair done for my Toyota Corolla 2013. I got a new front bumper and i was going to rate 4 stars because I drove a couple days after I picked up my car and the fender liner was loose and poped out when I was driving on freeway. So I went back to the shop and get it fixed for free. Sean was very nice and professional. I supposed to picked up my car in 4 days but he emailed me saying "sorry, the part that we ordered is alittle Delay". So he extended my rental for a week. I like when people are nice. 5 starts

Jeff K. was really helpful, took time to explain everything to me and worked with me on my hectic schedule of traveling. Jeff had to special order some of the parts from the manufacturer and took what could have been a nightmare and made it very simple.

I had my front windshield replace yesterday by Glass Americaand this morning the rear view mirror was lose. I went to the Gerber location on Priest Drive in Tempe and Bill the general manager assisted me. After I explained my issue he brought the car back to the technicians and he they did the necessary fix. Way to go Bill to not only stand behind the Gerber warranty but the Glass America warranty. A job well done.

While vacationing in Michigan I struck a deer in November of 2015. Gerber Collison and Glass in Holland Michigan handled the repairs. August of 2017 I noticed paint on the new hood flaking off. Fortunately, Gerber has multiple sites in Arizona. I took my vehicle to Gerber Collison in Anthem Arizona where I was assisted by estimator Jeffrey K. Jeff handled everything in a most satisfactory manner. He snapped a photo of the affected area, submitted the photo, obtained authorization for repairs at no charge to me, and even arranged for me to get a rental vehicle at no charge the repair was completed to my satisfaction and on time as promised. Truly a hassle-free experience. Kudos to Jeff and the entire Gerber team.

Everyone here was great to work with and the workmanship performed on my truck is superb... it looks like new. But Bill H. was outstanding! So great to work with. You just knew his only goal was your satisfaction. He totally exceeded expectations, going above an beyond to ensure everything was perfect with my truck.
