After my experience here with Sean and the rest of the amazing team I would not even consider going to another shop again. They have my business as long as I live anywhere close to this area. Could not have had a better experience with this team. I thought going in that since it was through the insurance it might not be the best, but I was wrong, They are FANTASTIC! I also had a very tough paint to match and it looks flawless.

Jeffery K. and his team did an outstanding job on my red21012 Dodge Charger. We will be taking my husbands Dodge Truck in very soon for repairs to his tailgate. In 2010 they fixed over 1000 dents in my husbands truck due to hail damage. The work they do is superior!! I recommend them to everyone who needs and auto body shop. Thanks again for all your hard work and returning my Charger a day earlier than expected and clean too.

Friendly people, great job, even came in on a day they were supposed to be closed (Sat before Labor Day) to finish my car before the weekend. The only reason it took quite some time was the Insurance Company, would go back to them anytime

Bill H. was punctual and attentive and went beyond the call of duty to take a look at an issue (that incidentally ended up not being related to the hit), dealing with it thoroughly and immediately, and he gave me a proper solution that will save me A LOT of money. On top of that could not be happier with the repairs on my car. Fast and friendly. A+++ service. Thank you Bill!

This review is in praise of an employee by the name of Tim S.. I have had the pleasure of being served by Tim on two separate occasions. The first time, I brought my car in for an appraisal, and the second for a minor repair. Tim was both helpful and professional when initially giving me a quote for the repairs to my '99 Honda Civic. He was also extremely helpful in letting me know that the company would also do a "complimentary" quick fix. (Meaning trying to use some heating component and simply bending the bumper back into place as much as possible without full replacement). I called the company this morning and asked if this was still an option, given that the $550.00 quote was a little much for me (at this time) financially. The receptionist told me that they could get me in right away. I had the pleasure of being served by ... Tim S. once again. He took my civic back into the shop and returned it in ten minutes. The bumper looked almost back to normal (given the car is a '99). He was asked several questions by both my father and I, and was so professional and courteous in his responses. So often, I think that businesses, organizations, and managers can be inundated with bad news or complaints. However, it's the prized employees that sometimes are taken for granted. As a manager of twenty years, I have had the opportunity to work with many young individuals, and I must say that Tim is superior. I do hope that someone relays this message, because acknowledgement and recognition is equally as important as monetary compensation. Thank you Tim!!! read more
