Excellent service again! Bill H. explained the damage to my vehicle to me and resolved the hanging bumper quickly so I could get on the road until my part, a front wheel well cover, arrived. I made an appointment to have the wheel well cover replaced and was in and out of the shop in an hour. Wow!

Jeremy gave me an estimated date of completion and he was spot on!!! They contacted me regularly throughout the process so I never had to guess what was going on. Very professional and very reliable. I would recommend them to anyone. And Jeremy was excellent

The repair of my driver door was done expertly. I could not tell there was any damage after the repair was finished. I did have a minor issue that was promptly resolved. I would have no hesitation taking my car there again.

I was very pleased with the service I got from Gerber Collision!! The secretary Ruth is very, very friendly and has a great personality!! I brought my Equinox there because I was rear-ended while I was stopped at a traffic light. (Thanks to Farmers Insurance for covering the total repair as I wasn't at fault! ) Bernie inspected my car and said he would have no problem getting it fixed quickly. I brought my car in on a Wednesday morning and received a call from Bernie on Thursday afternoon that it was all finished! I had expected that it would take them until Friday to complete the job! Bernie did an outstanding job and they even CLEANED my car before I came. Did I mention they have plenty of free water there while you are in the waiting room??!
