If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The repairs I was needing were somewhat minor, but my car is a somewhat higher-end model and it was critical to me that the repair be of the highest quality. Gerber did not disappoint in quality or service. Both were superb and the repairs are undetectable. My experience with Jeffrey K. was also exceptional and worth special mention. Beginning with my original estimate, Jeffrey worked to keep me apprised as to progress, including text messages, e-mails, pictures, and phone calls. My repairs were completed 2 days ahead of schedule and I couldn't be more satisfied. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass to anyone.

Gerber fixed the back skin of the bumper on my car over 1.5 years ago and the work was great- bumper looked like new. Went back because one side was slightly off complete flush just to ask if I should worry about it and and Bill the general manager said I should get it adjusted and he insisted he do it right then on the spot for no charge. He got it fixed in 10 minutes and I was on my way. And this was on a Friday at 3 pm as I just happened to be driving by. More than i would ever expect as it could have been a recent car wash that caused the slight misalignment. They really do stand by their work and treat you right. My highest recommendation and I would never bring my car anywhere else to be worked on.

Brian Kelly was great to work with. He made it easy to drop off my SUV for body repair and I got daily updates on the status. My Honda Pilot looks great! Thanks a lot for the help Brian.

Thanks again to Bill H. and crew!! The driver side window of my car now goes up and down. Bill was amazing at finding a replacement part for my old Honda (love it!) and saved me a lot of $$$. Can't thank you enough for your time and great advice!!

Absolutely the best possible experience in getting my 2012 SRX repaired. Jeff and the staff were friendly, efficient and I received the car back before expected. Jeff's approach to business was refreshing. It is bad enough to have damage to a valuable asset, but he was forthright, accommodating and kept me updated as the job progressed. My car looks great. Bill H. was so nice when I came to pick it up. He even helped me with a window regulator the next day and got me back on the road ASAP for a very important family obligation. Everyone at Gerber was very helpful.

From the time I first went into Gerber and I waited for my estimate, i watched, talked and saw how other were greeted and treated; and, listened to how my fellow felt their service has been with Gerber. Dave, the coordinator of my care and those other customers who I shared time with-- even prior to our first interaction--eased my mind and I felt he was forthright, honest and not someone who said what "we...I " wanted to hear to placate. He spoke truth...which was amazing... eg ... i came in late memorial day weekend on Saturday and because of his honesty he saved me 3 unnecessary days of a rental car and took the time to address with Enterprise the delay and arranged everything for me to just drop off car keys; and, and to have rental car for Tuesday at 8am with someone to meet me.
