Although no one enjoys dealing with automobile damage, from the initial visit through the completion of the repair, my experience with this Gerber Collision office was great. I was greeted in a pleasant manner, treated as if I was the most important customer they've ever had, and my estimator, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He listened and was agreeable with the repair we wanted to do with this relatively minor damage. I would definitely return to Gerber but I hope I don't need to!

Anthony was very clear and helpful about the steps I needed to take with dropping off my car, getting a rental and everything that needed to be done to my car. He went above and beyond making my car look better than before the accident. Ruth at the front desk was always very pleasant/personable and would make you smile when she answered the phone.

I wish I could give 1,000 stars. I can't believe the amazing experience I had with this company. I dropped my vehicle off on a Friday and it was fixed and ready for pickup by Monday morning. I had to replace the front and rear bumpers on a non stock vehicle. The insurance agent Jacque in their office was amazing. Very thorough but speedy. The convince of the rental car pick up right in the office was a huge plus. No running around. Another very quick process. Total drop off time was maybe 20 minutes. When I picked up my vehicle it looked fantastic and the cherry on top, they detailed my vehicle even the custom wheels!!! I was kept aware of the entire process the whole time and everyone was very friendly. Thank you so much for such an smooth and wonderful experience. Great work and great client service.
