I had the best experience with Gerber Collision & Glass! My new Honda Civic was in a minor fender bender and my insurance company suggested I get an estimate from Gerber. Since they are less than 5 minutes from my home, I decided to give them a try. I set up an appointment and met with Jeff K. who was very polite, professional and honest. I received an estimate and scheduled the work with Gerber once I received the okay from my insurance company. Jeff called me every day to give me an update on the repairs and my car was finished within the time frame specified. The repairs look amazing and my car looks brand new again. Such great service is so hard to come by these days and I am so appreciative! I will definitely use Gerber again in the future and will refer them to others!!

Overall happy with this company, they were speedy getting my vehicle done & was delivered incorrect headlights from the dealership twice & Gerber Collision offered me a rental car at their expense. After I received my vehicle back I did have an overheating problem & right away they sent a tow truck & they had a new fan put in the next day & it was completed that same day ! What sets Gerber Collision aside from thousands of other companies is their HONESTY. They called me to let me know that there had been an over payment on my part and that they were informing me that they would be refunding my money & were very apologetic & for that I am very grateful. Being a business owner myself I see first hand everyday how UN-Honest this world is & for this reason alone I will do business with them in the future

This is the best place I have ever been to for any car related issues! Steve was very friendly and answered any of the questions I had, and the ladies at the desk were sweet hearts. If I could come back here and use them as my everyday mechanic, I would jump on that the first chance I get. Thank you Glendale location for everything you do!

The entire staff from the receptionist through all the service department that I dealt with were courteous, helpful, and friendly. Thanks to Maddison at Progressive for suggesting Gerber since I likely would not have thought of them on my own. However should I ever need a body shop in the future they will be my first choice. Special thanks to Kevin for seeing my project through to the end in a very friendly and respectful manner.

Adam was outstanding in his customer service. I had an undercarrige rip off my Outlander. Adam crawled underneath, got the VIN number then procedded to get the spec sheet for the replacement parts. His expertise and diligence made my experience hassel free. Thanks Adam, I will def be back!

I really appreciated having Jeremy R. take care of my collision repair. He made sure that new parts were installed instead of repairing the damaged parts (the prior company wanted to use repair parts and not replace with new). He was very upfront and honest about what needed to be done. I appreciated him for walking me through and explaining in layman terms exactly what had to be done to get my car back to new. He was professional and Gerber should be thankful to have him as one of your team members. Great job Jeremy!
