To whom it may concern, I would like to just say how pleased I am with the service that I received from your Tucson location. From first walking in the door and meeting Jessica and her taking down all of my information, to having Jose go over the vehicle with me....I can only say that the entire experience was amazing. Jose kept in touch with me the entire time my vehicle was being repaired and always beat me to the punch whenever I either had a question or wanted to find out the completion date. Can't speak highly enough of the service from Chuck at Gerber. Got in a wreck about a month ago and there was a problem with the insurance company. The car is in pristine condition now and Chuck was very accommodating and helpful in getting the insurance situation figured out. Will absolutely recommend these guys to anyone I know who needs repairs
