Picked up my car after getting the bumper replaced. Jeffrey K. did the estimate and was there when I picked the car up, in less time than anticipated. Very happy with the car, the estimator and the customer service in general.

This is the third time I've had the "opportunity" to visit Gerber at Palo Verde due to my wife's driving skills. They've gone great work each time and completed the job ahead of the expected timeline. Communication throughout the repairs were timely and appropriate. Really appreciated the daily text updates. Hopefully I won't be back but if I do, I'll come back to Gerber on Palo Verde.

I was extremely impressed from the moment I stepped into Gerber's front office (which was clean and tidy and offered fresh cofee and treats) and was greeted by the most friendly, professional and efficient Front Office reprentative, Jessica. Within minutes, I met the rest of Gerber's amazing Team -- Bill (Geico Claims Adjustor) , Alfie P. (General Manager, Gerber) and Gabriel (Enterprise Representative). These gentlemen were dressed very professionally, treated me with respect and kindness. They were all very knowledgeable, communicative, expedient and helpful. I felt confident and comfortable that I and my car were in great hands! Excellent and easy service from start to finish. Jeffrey K. was my estimator and could not have made this repair any easier for me. Jeffrey kept me informed on a regular basis as to the progress of the repairs and was more than accommodating when my work schedule did not coincide with when my vehicle was ready for pick-up. Yesenia at the service desk greeted me every time with a warm smile and made the visit to your Glendale shop a very pleasant one. As I departed, Kent Francis was very thorough with making sure that all the repairs met to my satisfaction. Repairs were extremely good and timely. A very hardy thank you to all the folks that helped in this process...must most importantly...the 3 folks listed above.

This is the third time our family has had to avail ourselves of Gerber's Collision Services at this location and each time they have been fantastic! Very quick and good quality service. And super friendly, helpful staff. Not happy we were all there, due to minor collisions, but very happy with service from this Gerber location:)

Hands down...this is the place to take your vehicle if you are in the Yuma area for repair. They are highly qualified, knowledgeable, and courteous all-around from beginning to end as both Adam & Betty were terrific with the handling of my Audi S5 claim. They were honest, gave me step-by-step "how things were going to work out" and constantly provided me text message updates/phone calls along the way. I'm thoroughly happy with the results and time elapsed for completion. I highly recommend this shop for any body work, windshield or other car repair(s). I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future. Thanks Gerber Collision & Glass...for a job WELL DONE!
