Service was great, everyday I received a call or a Text message informing me of the progress on my Sorrento. Not only did they save my car from being dismantled (no rattles) they were able to knock out the dents and returned it three days earlier than estimated. Would recommend Gerber to anyone.

I had a small fender bender in a parking lot. Gerber Collison & Glass was one of the companies my insurance company recommended. After reading their favorable reviews I immediately contacted Corey M, General Manager. Corey, the front office lady (believe her name was Noela...sorry if I am wrong) were very customer service oriented from the first contact. They were accommodating in getting my vehicle in for repairs immediately and took the time to explain what needed to be done & how long it would take. Corey and his team are very professional and they do care about providing quality service. Just stop by their office and you will see exactly what I mean.

Gerber collision and glass provided the best service, in a timely manner and there customer service was was great. I would recommend the Palo Verde location in Tucson AZ to everyone. USAA suggested Gerber Collision & Glass to me to have my Ford, Edge repaired. I was totally and completely satisfied with not only the work done on the car, but the employees were fantastic. The front desk personal Mayra was professional, kind and helped me feel comfortable with the company. She arranged for my rental car and made it a smooth process. Moreover, the general manager, Ian was a great representation of what a company would like there general manager to be. I left happy, comfortable, and satisfied of the service that was not only on my Ford, Edge but how I was greeted as well as all of the employees I came in contact with. Thank you for making the collision with my SUV an easy transition.

This was my first experience with a collision company and I was absolutely delighted with the whole process. Scott, Lauren and Brian were all very professional, courteous and friendly. Customer service is definitely part of their company motto. My car was repaired in one day so there was no need to make arrangements for a rental which was much appreciated because that would have been one more expense. I will not hesitate to use their services again and will recommend the Tempe Gerber office to all my friends.

I brought my car in for a warranty paint issue. They stand by their lifetime guarantee. They repainted my hood and even paid for a rental car. I couldn't be happier. Yesenia in the front office was great !
