Jose was very prompt and kept me informed throughout the entire process of repairing my truck. Jessica was very friendly and helpful when I dropped my truck off - she even wanted to know what could be done to exceed my expectations. They worked quickly to have my truck finished ahead of schedule. The quality of repair was above and beyond what I expected - I will use Gerber the next time I need auto body work.

I came in on a Saturday and got an estimate from Tyler which was very reasonable and decided to choose Gerber to do the repair. The work was completed in only 3 days, as promised. I received excellent customer service, with updates from Rocio and phone calls about the progress of the repairs. The repairs were done and it looks great! They even did a little extra by repairing some scratches close to the required repairs. Very satisfied and will recommend them to others and would come back again.

It was a bit tough at the beginning since my clain was lost & did not hear back for weeks until I inquire again. However, once they realized what occurred, manger Ian was very apologetic and told me the truth of what happened. The truth about my claim regain my confidence. Once I brought my car in, the whole staff was helpful and they kept me notified on the progress. The service was fast, one day and the car looks like new again. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you!

We utilized Gerber Collision & Glass a few years ago and it's unfortunate that we had to pay them another visit BUT we went back to them because of their customer service. They provide excellent customer service all around. They provide friendly and professional services. Our experience with them has been great. Our car was side-swiped (which was deemed hit & run because the other driver never stopped) and of course left us with some damages on our car. We had Gerber take a look at our car and saved us a lot of money by buffing out the scratches for us at no charge. They saved us time and money in continuing with a claim through our insurance along with would-be added premiums in the future. It saved us time too if we needed to give up our car for some time (for repairs). Our estimator, Jeff Krouse, knew what to do when he looked ... at our car and took action. In a matter of minutes (less than 1 hour), he had us back on the road with no money paid, very little time (less than an hour) spent there, and great friendly services. This by far was the best service ive ever had. My car was completely done in 6 days and looks better then before. I would recommend to anybody that needs their car painted or repaired. 5 stars all the way. Very friendly, informative, and on top of their game. Best in town.
