The staff at this location provided far superior service to what I had expected, In the past I had picked up my car after completion of work and for a month I was still finding broken glass, NOT SO with this team. I know where the damage was, no one else can tell there was any. On time andwith no major surprises from the estimate. Valerie, the receptionist, was the initial contact when contacting Gerber. Her phone presence was exceptional. She made the first impression that was very positive. Then, Jon, made the second impression with sincere desire to help us restore our vehicle back to like new condition. I was NOT looking forward to going into the repair shop to have my cars rear deck led replaced because of the Hastle one USUALLY received. However, Jon said the repair would take only two days my wife and I cpuld NOT believe that...we thought four to five days. The vehicle was FIXED and READY for me to pick up in a day and a half !
