Larry & Phil...Hey Guys, Good Job, twice on my Cadillac bumper. The first owie required new bumper from a hit and hit and runner, and the second, one week later from a young UW student who wasn't looking. Everything was as promised and more...time it took for the job, set up with insurance, easy car rental provided, complete renovation of the bumper and side door of my car, plus threw in repair and paint of another small scrape on the back bumper. All the paint blended well and the result is flawless. The car now looks as new and I am extremely pleased with result. I will definitely recommend!!

I was very fortunate that on one of my worst days I was sent to Gerber. There is a reason USAA recommended them. My car went from making me want to cry to unable to get the grin off my face. Larry was GREAT- kept me up to date on progress of the work and put my concerns to rest. Larry made me feel that he was treating my car as if it was his own!! I hope to never need collision repair again but if I do Gerber is where I am going.

After my wife and I had some work done on our Mustang last year, we were very pleased with the service we received and had filled out a lengthy testimonial then. Well, in November, of all things, while driving through eastern Washington, I hit a wild turkey. Back to Larry at the Bellevue store for more repairs. Not only did he get my Jeep back on the road and looking brand new, but even buffed out a new spot that my wife had put on the Mustang after they had fixed it. They go above and beyond what you would expect anyone in the service industry to do. I highly reccomend them! Thanks Larry and crew, your awesome!!

My brand new car was rear-ended. Gerber came recommended and did a fantastic job... it looks as good as new. And they called me periodically to let me know how it was going which was extremely reassuring. Throughout the process they were extremely friendly and I felt like I was well taken care of. I'd recommend them to anyone.

"A tight corner against a parking lot pillar left our Mazda CX-9 with a very nasty dent on the passenger-side rear door. Gerber is one of MetLife's preferred shops and I was able to readily find them on Bing (along with +ve reviews). Larry Clarke, who owns / runs the Bellevue location, is also an Estimator. Larry was very professional, courteous and personable throughout the process. Equally so was his wing-man, Shane (and other staff). Think of it this way: throughout the week or so it took, I kept thinking "what's the catch?" : ) --- I mean this in a good way. Larry picked and dropped me personally in his car. He and Shane were accomodative to my family's schedule (we showed up at breakfast on a Saturday to gauge progress). Gerber Collision was one of the most friendly and trustworthy repair shop I have ever had to fix my brand new car. One of the reasons why Gerber has exceptional customer service is that they gave me calls and emails to keep me updated and informed on my car repair progress. In addition, they provided rental car service promptly to keep me convenient during repair. As one of the customers whose lovely car is a victim of accident, it is important to know that my car is secure and will be repaired as the way it was and Gerber ensured of it with me. When I got my car back from repair, it was a piece of beauty as it originally was. I really appreciate for their effort and time to fix may car.
