The best experience I have ever had with collision repair. Jessica went above and beyond the call of duty when she saw that an external vendor for our wheel repair did not do an appropriate job. She got the wheel work corrected with no incovenience to us with a limited amount of extra cost to us with our advance permission. Her customer service was amazing and the finished product looks great! We will use Gerber again when we have a need.

Service was great. Estimate was scheduled for the same day and given promptly. There was only a small change in the work required from the estimate to the actual repairs. Repairs were scheduled quickly and even though I brought the car in Tuesday for what they thought would be a 5-day job, I had the car back for the weekend. Repairs were done with no issues.

My car got hit by a rock that was dropped off an overpass while I was driving on the freeway. Initially I thought only my windshield needed to be fixed and I called my insurance. They set me up with Gerber in Bellevue and it was SO EASY. When I realized that my roof also needed to be fixed, I called my insurance back and Gerber could help me with that too! Once I got to them, they were calm, helpful, explained things clearly and were in contact with me every step of the way. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Second time we used Gerber. Both times, someone ran into us: once in the back and this one, in the front. Same car, too. After repairs, our car looks just as it did when new. Its a 2003 Accord and we love it, and love the work Gerber did. And, that includes answering the phone on the first call, giving an immediate estimate, communicating during the repair process, and ultimately complelting the work on time and with great quality. I was in an accident and my fender was broken. Between Gerber (Bellevue, WA) and the insurance company, everything was handled quickly and professionally, with Gerber keeping me up to date on status and working with the car rental agency. I didn't have to do a thing except bring the car in. And the repair itself was flawless, and the car was returned cleaned inside and out.
