"Staff was very friendly, kept us well informed of the progress of the repairs and adjusted completion date. Repairs look great. Hopefully we won't have to have this kind of repair done again, but if so, we would go back to Gerber. The only "problem" was the brand new "computerized" update system that had some kinks in it and gave incorrect information. But the Human system was fantastic and made up for the conflicting info."

Superb! Phil's enthusiasm for cars sold me on using Gerber over two other repair shops where I got quotes, and I wasn't disappointed. Even though my car's parts took a bit longer to track down because of prior upgrades making it rarer, Phil and Jennifer kept the communications coming so that I was never left wondering my status. Well-integrated with Enterprise for my rental car, great customer service start-to-finish, and repairs were thorough.
