The staff was courteous, professional, and kind. They seemed to understand the emotional and financial challenges that a person experiences when dealing with a vehicle collision repair. They put me at ease and were able to get my car back to me the same day, when I was originally expecting I would be out of a car for a few days - the fastest and most efficient service ever. I have only had my car back for a week but the quality of the work is fantastic - and they cleaned my interior before returning, very happy about that.

Both the customer service and the quality of the work done at Gerber were excellent. Both Stephanie and Monica were so helpful and patient, explaining to me what was happening during each phase of the process, from determining the extent of the damage to my car and the cost of the repair to finding the most cost effective replacement parts and estimating how long the repair would take. I could see that they were experienced and knew what they were doing, which set my mind at ease. I don't know who did the repair work, but they did a great job. My car looks better now than it did before the accident. When I picked up my car it was clean inside and out. The work that was done and the customer service I received at Gerber definitely exceeded my expectations.
