I had my car in for a front bumper repair. My car was backed up into while parked. The staff went above and beyond to help me understand how to get my car repaired by the other party's insurance. They also helped me to understand what damage was done, what needed to be replaced, and what problems to expect. (from other possible damage not visible until the bumper came off). I was also kept in the loop about how long parts were going to take to come in, and when to expect my car.

We were pleased with the quality of the repair work, the timely manner in which the work was completed and the efficiency of the office staff from beginning to end. Our car was cleaned and ready at the front parking space when we arrived to pick it up. We were so happy to have our MPV back, looking so good. Newer rental cars are nice, but there's nothing like having your own reliable family car back looking so good!

The appraiser was quite friendly and helpful. Forthcoming with information I needed to know. I was kept up to date with progress on my repaired vehicle and it was finished sooner than I expected, a day sooner. Great job on the repair looks like new. My car is only 6 mos old, 6000 miles & got 'hit & run' in a parking lot. Now I'm back to driving a perfect, new car!! Thanks Gerber Collision!!

I have had a number of interactions with Gerber through three small accidents and a windshield repair. They are always professional, good communicators, coordinate well with the insurance companies, and did a nice job on the car. Three things stood out as going above. 1. When appraising the car initially, removing a great deal of black from the side of the car that had been left there by the other vehicle's tire. 2. Detailing the inside of the car, as well as the outside. 3. Offering to replace a lost umbrella when I called looking for it, even though I wasn't exactly sure when I had last seen it.
